ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During the Holiday 2025 Collection launch, processing may extend to 3–4 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer Express (1–3 days) and Overnight (1 day) shipping within the U.S. Rates are listed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is launching soon. For now, we ship to all U.S. states and territories only.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped, we can adjust the address. Please contact us immediately at support@thehuetheory.com. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
PRODUCT & SIZING
How do your jackets fit?
Our jackets are designed with a tailored, structured fit for an elevated silhouette. If you prefer extra room in the shoulders or layering underneath, we recommend sizing up.
Where can I find a size guide?
Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide with measurements and fit notes.
Will you be restocking Holiday 2025 jackets?
Most items in the Holiday 2025 Collection are produced in limited quantities. While certain core colors may restock, once a seasonal shade sells out, it will not return.
Do you offer custom tailoring?
At this time, we do not offer custom tailoring. However, our pieces are designed with clean construction lines that allow for easy alterations with a local tailor.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and quality seals intact.
Returns after 14 days (up to 30 days) are eligible for store credit only.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer one complimentary size exchange per order (U.S. only), subject to availability.
Are sale items returnable?
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns Portal on the website, submit your request, and follow the guided steps. You’ll receive shipping instructions once the request is approved.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I care for my velvet and shimmer pieces?
Velvet and shimmer fabrics require gentle care. We recommend:

Storing on padded hangers to maintain shape

Keeping away from sharp jewelry or abrasive surfaces
Can I iron my jacket?
We recommend cool iron only on non-shimmer areas, or steam lightly from the underside. Never apply high heat directly to velvet or shimmer fabrics.
PAYMENTS & GIFTING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Installment options may be available during checkout.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Premium gift wrap is available at checkout during the holiday season.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. You can add a personalized note during checkout.
