When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During the Holiday Collection launch, processing may extend to 3–4 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer Express (1–3 days) and Overnight (1 day) shipping within the U.S. Rates are listed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is launching soon. For now, we ship to all U.S. states and territories only.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped, we can adjust the address. Please contact us immediately at hello@thehuetheory.com. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and quality seals intact.
Returns after 14 days (up to 30 days) are eligible for store credit only.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer one complimentary size exchange per order (U.S. only), subject to availability.
Are sale items returnable?
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns Portal on the website, submit your request, and follow the guided steps. You’ll receive shipping instructions once the request is approved.
