Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Every garment from The Hue Theory is crafted with intention and delivered with care. We aim to provide a seamless and elegant experience from the moment you place your order to the moment your piece arrives at your door.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods processing may extend to 3–4 business days, though we always strive to ship sooner.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.


Shipping Options (U.S.)

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Economy Shipping (3–6 business days)
Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)
Orders must be placed by 11 AM CST for same-day dispatch

Transit times are estimated and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, or holiday season delays.


Signature Requirement

For select high-value items, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is received securely.


International Shipping

International shipping will be offered soon.
At this time, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Duties, taxes, and import fees—where applicable—are the customer’s responsibility.


Holiday 2026 Delivery Guidelines

To ensure arrival before the holidays, we recommend placing orders by:

  • Standard Shipping: December 15

  • Express Shipping: December 19

We will continue shipping orders after these dates, but delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.


Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Pre-order items will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, your tracking information will be emailed automatically.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking scan.


Address Changes & Delivery Issues

If you need to modify the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@thehuetheory.com. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

For delivery delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments, our Client Care team will assist in coordinating with the carrier.
