Returns & Exchanges

At The Hue Theory, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every garment. Each piece in our collection is produced in limited quantities and designed with meticulous attention to detail. Our goal is for every client to love their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.


Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition

  • Unwashed and undamaged

  • Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, glitter transfer, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags and quality seal intact

Returns that do not meet our inspection criteria will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We want your jacket to fit flawlessly.
We offer one complimentary size exchange per order (U.S. only), subject to availability.

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement at no cost.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved by our quality team. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Return shipping fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.


Store Credit for Late Returns

Items returned after the 14-day window—but within 30 days of delivery—are eligible for store credit only, provided they meet all return conditions.


Final Sale Items

Select pieces, promotional items, and markdowns are marked FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes certain limited-run holiday colors and seasonal capsules.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@thehuetheory.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue, and we will prioritize a replacement or resolution.


Return Process (Simple & Guided)

  1. Submit a return/exchange request via our Returns Portal

  2. Carefully pack the item in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Ship using the label provided or your preferred courier (depending on refund vs. exchange).

  4. Our team will notify you once your item is inspected and approved.


International Orders

At this time, The Hue Theory accepts returns for U.S. orders only. International orders are considered final sale.
